  • to use the help function in 365FarmNet,
  • to put targeted questions ("tickets") to the support team,
  • to make use of remote maintenance.

Remote maintenance at 365FarmNet

Please do not hesitate to show us directly how we are able to assist you. In addition to our support hotline, remote maintenance is also possible as a user service in the event of any queries.

With the TeamViewer program you are able to grant limited access to your desk top. For this kind of remote maintenance no other installation is required. TeamViewer is a quick and secure way to make a better and more efficient job of handling your concerns.

This is how it works:
Download file

Open the program and inform the 365FarmNet support of your ID. Now your support contact is able to provide assistance directly on your local computer.  At the end of the session the access data cease to be valid. Your computer is again protected against unauthorized access.
